Sainte-Martine Branch

The customer service agent is responsible for ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for customers when they interact with the company. This can be done through various communication channels, such as telephone, email, online chat, or in-person.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Welcome and Assistance:
  • Greet clients professionally.
  • Answer their questions, provide assistance for products or services, and guide clients through their needs.
  • Replacement as needed for the receptionist.
  • Support for the sales and customer service coordinator and assistant.
Communication Management:
  • Respond to phone calls or emails.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and escalate more complex requests to the appropriate departments if needed.
Complaint Management:
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns constructively.
  • Try to proactively resolve issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Recording:
  • Keep various records up to date.
  • Responsible for filing all sales and customer service documents.

 

Essential skills:
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and management software.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Empathy and customer service orientation.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A professional degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience (2 years) in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the propane gas industry (an asset).

 

40 hours / week from Monday to Friday.
