The customer service agent is responsible for ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for customers when they interact with the company. This can be done through various communication channels, such as telephone, email, online chat, or in-person.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Welcome and Assistance:
- Greet clients professionally.
- Answer their questions, provide assistance for products or services, and guide clients through their needs.
- Replacement as needed for the receptionist.
- Support for the sales and customer service coordinator and assistant.
Communication Management:
- Respond to phone calls or emails.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and escalate more complex requests to the appropriate departments if needed.
Complaint Management:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns constructively.
- Try to proactively resolve issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Recording:
- Keep various records up to date.
- Responsible for filing all sales and customer service documents.
Essential skills:
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer tools and management software.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Empathy and customer service orientation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A professional degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience (2 years) in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the propane gas industry (an asset).
40 hours / week from Monday to Friday.
